3 Hour Response Time - Our Technical Specialist will be on-site within 3 hours from the time you place a service request.
Next Day Supply Delivery - Supply orders submitted by 4:00 PM will receive next day local delivery direct from Phillips, Monday through Friday.
Loaner Equipment Availability - If we are initially unable to repair your equipment, we will provide a temporary loaner free of charge.
Equipment Replacement - If we are unable to repair your equipment, we will provide a permanent replacement of equal or greater capability free of charge.
7-Year Protection - We will provide service options for a minimum of seven years from the date of initial equipment sale.
