To add to our growing Office Supply Division, The Phillips Group is now providing local businesses with ad specialities and promotional products! Due to rapid growth in sales, we are looking for experienced sales professionals to join this team. Proven experience in business-to-business sales necessary, industry experience helpful. Position is based out of our Corporate location in Middletown, PA and will be performing outside sales functions within Central PA to both a well-established customer base and large prospect base. In addition to possessing exceptional sales skills, candidates need to possess excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to organize and manage day, high energy, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
This position is responsible for providing out-sourced, administrative support to customers at customer locations. Position is intended to be part-time but could lead to full-time opportunity. Responsibilities include handling printing jobs, making copies, and other light administrative support. A high degree of proficiency on document management equipment is necessary.
This is a new sales specialist position that requires the candidate to have the utmost ability to work closely with C-suite decision makers on a very conceptual and consultative sales process. This position will be responsible for uncovering and developing new business within the entire Central PA territory as well as penetrating existing business to uncover new opportunities.
Responsible for handling the following responsibilities associated with inventory, Hedberg Key operation, and support: Weekly cycle counts, daily damages and returns, discrepancy report log, daily receiving reports, posting customer deposits, assisting with AR reconciliation, vendor invoices and credits, sales support back-up, Hedberg subject-matter-expert, Hedberg, exceptions reports, monitoring GL exception reports and correcting discrepancies, periodic, physical inventories, booking and invoiced repots and data collection for Support department measurements.
